The application is opposed on the ground that the investigation is at preliminary stage and looking to the nature of allegations, custodial interrogation of the applicant is necessary. 4.

APPLN6804.2015.odt protection. The other accused namely; Punam Bhau Bhagwat is already released on bail by the learned Sessions Court on 11th January, 2016. 5.
In view of the above and looking to the nature of allegations in the FIR and the dispute between the present applicant and the complainant, ad interim protection granted by this Court vide order dt. 18th December, 2015 stands confirmed.
