By way of present writ petition, the petitioner challenges impugned order dated 3.10.2025 passed by the learned District Court, Kaij, refusing temporary injunction and confirming the order dated 19.11.2021 passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Majalgaon below Exh. 5 in Spl. C.S. No. 181/2014.

Considering that the order passed by the trial court on 19.11.2021 is confirmed by the district court on 3.10.2025, refusing to grant temporary injunction and the prima facie finding of possession of land being in favour of respondent, I find that no case is made out for interference. The writ petition is dismissed.
