Claimant Vyankati Dnyanoba Navtakke died on 17.09.2015. Delay in brining the Legal Representatives of deceased Vyankati is condoned. Legal Representatives of deceased Vyankati be brought on record. Civil Application for delay condonation be amended accordingly.

On 26.09.2018 all the Applications filed by the

(2) CA No.14592/2018 Acquiring Body for condonation of delay were rejected by this Court. Consequently all the concerned First Appeals were disposed of. In the circumstances, at present there is no legal impediment to allow the applications to withdraw the compensation amount deposited in this Court in first appeal. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Acquiring Body and learned A.G.P. for the State have no objection if withdrawal of compensation amount is allowed.

Therefore, permission is granted to the applicants to withdraw deposited compensation amount in this Court in the concerned appeal.

Civil Application is disposed of.
