The petitioners are seeking direction to respondents No.3 and 4 for giving postings in Sakari Taluka PESA area of Zilla Parishad Dhule, in pursuance of the Government Resolutions dated 05.03.2015 and 23.07.2018.

The petitioners contended that they know Kokani language in which the locals speak in the area, where they are seeking the posting.

On the last date, the petitioners have no data, whether such teachers speaking Kokani language are required the vacancies were there for the Kokani language. Time was granted to the petitioners to seek the instructions. However, instead of making concrete statement, the petitioners are praying to dispose of these writ petitions by allowing prayer clause 'B' i.e. directions against respondents No.3 and 4 to consider their representations. 5.

We dispose of the writ petitions by directing respondents No.3 and 4 to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 13.11.2024 strictly as per the Government Resolutions dated 05.03.2015 and 23.07.2018, subject to availability of the posts for which the petitioners are seeking posting.
