Learned counsel concur that at the relevant time when the proceedings were initiated at Nanded, applicant's father was serving at Nanded. Her father is no more. After his death, applicant has moved to Aurangabad. Respondents are also at Aurangabad. 2.
Learned counsel for respondent has no particular resistance to the request made.
