This is an application seeking withdrawal of entire amount of compensation by the applicant No. 6 Narayan Januba Karhale, for and on behalf of the rest of the claimants. The rest of the claimants have filed separate affidavits consenting for issuance of cheque for the entire compensation amount in the name of applicant No. 6 Narayan Januba Karhale.

The application is allowed. The cheque for the entire amount shall be issued in the name of applicant No. 6 Narayan Januba Karhale for and on behalf of rest of the claimants.
