PER COURT:- 1.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since 2013. The learned counsel submits that the petitioner has completed his MBBS course in May/June 2018 and also completed his Internship. The Internship completion certificate is not issued to the petitioner. The petitioner has to complete one year bond period. 2.

The University may not issue degree certificate to the petitioner until and unless the petitioner produces the validity certificate, however, after satisfactorily completing the Internship, the University

2 947-WP14018-19.odt may issue Completion Certificate to enable the petitioner to work during bond period. The same would be subject to the decision of the Scrutiny Committee in the validation proceeding. 3.

The petitioner shall not take further benefit of reservation until and unless the petitioner is issued with the validity certificate. 4.
