929 WRIT PETITION NO. 13805 OF 2017 MANISHA MAHESH PATIL

VERSUS

THE STATE OF MAHARASHTRA AND OTHERS ...

Advocate for Petitioner : Mr. Vijay B. Patil. AGP for Respondent Nos.1 & 2 : Mr. P. N. Kutti. Advocate for Respondent Nos.3 to 12 : Mr. Girish Nagori. ...

CORAM :

V. K. JADHAV, J.

DATE :

29th November, 2017.

ORDER:

.

I do not find any substance in this writ petition. The motion of no confidence was moved by the members and accordingly, a special meeting was called by the Tahsildar. The Petitioner also remained present in the said meeting and after giving an opportunity to the Petitioner and other members, the motion of no confidence was carried out successfully with majority.

Being aggrieved by the same, the Petitioner has approached the Collector by filing the dispute. The learned counsel for Petitioner submits that no opportunity of being heard was given to the Petitioner and the Collector Jalgaon has rejected the said dispute.

929 WP.13805.17.odt I do not find any substance in the submission that the opportunity is not given to the Petitioner. It appears from the impugned order that the Collector has considered all the points raised in the dispute application submitted by the Petitioner herein and after referring the minutes of special meeting recorded by the concerned officer, decided the matter. I find no substance in the writ petition. The writ petition is hereby dismissed.
