The deceased was travelling in the bus and the said bus met with an accident. The Tribunal has awarded compensation to the applicants, who are legal representatives of deceased Shivaji. Being aggrieved by the same, the M.S.R.T.C. preferred first appeal in the year 2003 and the same is pending. In response to the order passed by this court, the M.S.R.T.C. has deposited the amount under award before this court. There is no hurdle, as such, in allowing the applicants to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court.

Civil application is hereby allowed. The applicants are permitted to withdraw entire amount deposited in this Court in equal shares alongwith accrued interest, if any, by executing individual undertaking by the respective applicants to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this court.
