Mr. Gaikwad, the learned counsel for petitioners submits that, the petitioners are claiming up-gradation as full time librarians from the date when the strength of students increased

2 wp 4617.17 to one thousand. The petitioners have given representations with the Education Officer (Secondary), however, same are not been considered.

We have heard the learned Assistant Government Pleaders, who accepts notice for all the respondents. 3.

In case the representations/applications dated 24.10.2016 filed by petitioners for giving them up-gradation as full time librarian with retrospective effect are pending with the Education Officer, then the Education Officer shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today after hearing all the parties concerned. The writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
