The affidavit is filed by respondents substantiating their stand for evaluating the writ land owned by petitioners. The respondents have given reasons for valuation made to the petitioners' land and the valuation of the land at Girgaon, Tq. Basmat. The land at Girgaon is

(2) 59-60 within the division no.5 and land in village Palasgaon is within division no.3 and the assessment rates of both the villages are different.

In writ jurisdiction it is not possible for us to enter into such dispute.

The learned counsel for respondents submits that the petitioners have approached the authorities by making representations.

In case, petitioners have made representations, then it is for the authorities to decide the same in accordance with law and considering the factual aspects.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
