The applicants are seeking permission to bring themselves on record in the appeal being the legal representatives of sole appellant / claimant - Chiragoddin Mahboob Patel, who admittedly died on 14/12/2017, by condoning the delay of 2450 days.

Though the application is opposed, but considering the right to sue, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause-B, C & D subject to cost of Rs.3,500/- to be paid to Registry for utilization of High Court Dispensary, within four weeks.
