Heard the learned Advocate for the parties.

This application is filed for withdrawal of the amount. This Court had already allowed the applicant to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount in the office of this Court by order dated 13th January 2022. It is expressed that the applicant is not in a position to earn livelihood as he is still suffering from disability. He still requires medical treatment, medicine and special diet.

Considering the above, application is allowed. 4.

Further 25% of the amount with accrued interest is allowed to be withdrawn on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
