Learned Advocate Mr. S.A. Wakure waives service of notice on behalf of respondents no.01 and 02.

Present application has been filed for getting delay of 1772 days condoned in filing first appeal.

The claimants are strongly objecting the application on the ground that the delay of each and every day has not been satisfactorily explained. Whatever reasons have been given are not sufficient and reasonable to condone the delay.

Though there is strong objection, taking into consideration the events and steps taken by the applicants have been narrated, for the reasons mentioned in paras 02 to 04 of the application, the delay is condoned. Application stands allowed and disposed of accordingly. Registry to verify and register the first appeal and place it for consideration 02nd January 2020.
