The Writ Petition was dismissed for non prosecution by order dated 16/7/2010. Learned Advocate for the applicant submits that, as she has received the Vakalatnama, she will pursue with the Writ Petition. Hence, we allow the application in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C) subject to deposit of cost of Rs.5000/- (Rupees five thousand) with the Library of Government Pleader's Office within a period of two weeks from today.
