This Court (Coram : V.K.Jadhav, J.) has passed a detailed order on 20.12.2017 by recording the submissions of the Petitioner and has ordered that the Trial Court shall not disburse the amount of compensation to the parties till the next date of hearing. The said adinterim protection has continued for the past about 07 months. All the learned Advocates appearing for the respective parties, submit that Special Civil Suit No.38/2011 can be disposed of within three months, if this Court issues such directions to the Trial Court.

*2* 925wp13972o17 Considering the above and keeping in view the year of lodging of the suit and the pendency before the Trial Court, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Trial Court to decide Special Civil Suit No.38/2011 as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 28.02.2019. The Trial Court would reject the applications for adjournments if they are found to be based on unreasonable or trivial grounds.

The directions of this Court dated 20.12.2017 would continue till 28.02.2019 or till the said suit is decided, whichever is earlier. kps (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.)
