Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Issue notice to the respondents. Learned AGP waives notice for the respondents/State and learned counsel Mr. Pulkundwar waives notice for respondent No.3. Heard the matters finally at the admission stage.

It is the contention of the petitioners that they have made representations to the respondents for reimbursement of 25% fees of the students admitted under the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009.

In view of the view taken by this Court in similar set of matters, we deem it appropriate to direct the respondent authorities to decide the proposals of the petitioners for reimbursement of 25%

936-wp13461-2024.odt (2) fees of the students admitted under the R.T.E. Act, independently on its merit, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within eight

(08) weeks and if it is found that the petitioners are entitled to receive the same, the respondents shall take appropriate steps to disburse the fees to the petitioners within four (04) weeks thereafter. 5.

The writ petition is disposed of.
