The Petitioner was running stone crusher business which is shut down in 2018. A substantive appeal is pending before Respondent No.2. An application for interim protection against the recovery is also filed.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off with the following directions:

(A) The Petitioner, either in person or through a legal representative, would appear before Respondent No.2 at 12.00 noon on 16th November, 2023.

(B) Written notes of submissions are permitted.

929wp14290-23 (C) After hearing the parties, the second respondent authority would pass an appropriate order on the interim application by 06.00 PM on 16.11.2023.
