This is a motion for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 15.04.2025.

Learned counsel for Petitioners submits that he has already intimated the party-in-person/Respondent No. 5 about moving this motion for speaking to the minutes. He is absent.

Learned counsel for Petitioners submits that in paragraph No. 12 of the order the date of circular is wrongly mentioned as 29.11.2019 instead of 29.11.2010. 4.

The error being inadvertent, the same be corrected. 5.

Learned counsel for Petitioners further submits that adinterim relief is granted vide order dated 09.08.2023. However, in paragraph No. 3 at page Nos. 11 and 12, it is mentioned as status quo is granted by this Court since 2015. Therefore, he submits that ad-interim relief granted by this Court vide order dated 09.08.2023 may be extended.

Learned counsel for Respondents records serious objection for continuation of order dated 09.08.2023. According to him, this Court has directed order dated 15.04.2015 to be extended for a period of eight weeks and no correction is required therein. 7.

When this order was passed, it was not pointed out to this Court that there exists order dated 09.08.2023 passed by this

- 3 - Court. Hence, paragraph No. 3 at page Nos. 11 and 12 of the order be replaced as under :- "3.

The order passed today stands stayed for a period of eight weeks. The order passed by this Court dated 09.08.2023 stands extended for a period of eight weeks."

Motion stands disposed of. Necessary corrections be carried out. Corrected order be uploaded.
