Mr. Chate, learned counsel for the Education Officer submits that the proposal received by the Education Officer from the petitioners for correction of staff approval is forwarded to the Director of Education on 11.02.2019 and the same is pending with the Deputy Director of Education, Beed.

Mr. Dharurkar, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondents are required to consider the Government Resolution dated 28.08.2015 while granting the staff approval. 3.

In case, the proposal seeking correction of staff approval is pending with the Deputy Director of Education and is competent to take

(2) 100-WP-705-2019 decision upon it, he shall take decision upon it preferably within a period of four months considering the relevant Government Resolutions and statutory provisions prevailing.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
