Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner has a case that the technical bids of the tenders in question were opened long back. However, the financial bids have not been opened. He would submit that as per the Government Resolution dated 27.09.2018 clause 5.2, there should be a time schedule for completing the tender process. 3.

Learned AGP appeared in the matter and on instructions states that since the officers were busy in the election process, they could not pay attention. However, they are going to complete the process within two weeks.

Considering the facts of the case and the long pending process of the financial bid, we allow this petition by directing

935-wp-13460-2024.odt (2) respondent nos.3 and 4 to proceed with the tender process and open the financial bid on 13.12.2024.
