PER COURT :- 1) Heard. This application is filed praying therein for correction in the middle name of applicant no.2-A as "Chandrakala Radhakishan Katke" instead of "Chandrakala Sambhaji Katke", which is mentioned in the Award passed in LAR No.646/1998.

2) Admittedly, the applicant has not applied before the concerned Court for correction of the name in question. In that view of the matter, Registry of this Court to send back the original R and P to the concerned Court, i.e. CJSD, at Latur.

3) The applicant herein can apply for the correction before the concerned Court and the concerned Court to pass an appropriate orders, keeping in view the relevant record. Such exercise is to be done within eight weeks from today. After such exercise, the concerned Court to send back the R and P to the Registry of this Court. The hearing of this First Appeal is deferred till then. The Civil Application is disposed of as aforesaid.
