This application is for transfer of matrimonial proceedings from the learned Family Court at Parbhani to the learned Family Court at Aurangabad.

The learned advocate for the applicant submits that, the wife is staying with her parents at Aurangabad. There is no one to accompany

2 915-MCA 358-2024.odt her to attend the Court at Parbhani. The parents of respondent had even assaulted her at Parbhani and therefore, she was required to file N.C. complaint in the police station at Parbhani. She thus apprehends that there is threat to her life in Parbhani. 4.

The learned advocate for the respondent opposes the application. 5.

The contents of the application are not controverted. Considering the above, this Court is inclined to allow the application. 6.

The Misc. Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).

After transfer of the proceedings, the applicant - wife shall not seek unnecessary adjournments. If the Court comes to a conclusion that the applicant - wife is seeking unnecessary adjournments, the Court may pass appropriate order compensating the respondent - husband.
