This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to the respondent No.2 Committee to take decision on the tribe certificate validation proposal in respect of the petitioner, pending with the respondent No.2 Committee, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight months from today and it is accordingly directed.

In the meanwhile, the respondents No.3 and 4, employers, shall not take any adverse action against the petitioner on the ground of his failure to tender validation certificate.

With the directions as above, Writ Petition stands disposed of.
