DATE : 16th December, 2024 Per Court :- The petitioner's claim for validation of tribe certificate has been pending before respondent No.3 Scrutiny Committee.

It is being pointed out that it was common vigilance enquiry in the matters of several blood relatives. There was common response. Though the Scrutiny Committee chose to decide the claims of individuals separately, the petitioner's claim has been kept pending inspite of the fact that some of these individuals in common vigilance enquiry have subsequently been

*2* 27wp13721o24 held entitled to have the certificates of validity, namely, Akshay Digambar Mupade, Pooja Vilas Mupade and Neha Vinod Mupade.

We dispose of the Writ Petition directing respondent No.3 Scrutiny Committee to decide the petitioner's proposal as expeditiously as possible and in any case within four weeks. 4.
