1] This Court, by order dated 07.02.2023, modified the interim order dated 21.12.2021 that the free pedestrian access granted by order dated 21.12.2021 was stayed for the period of one month from 07.02.2023 on account of safety measures as members of international delegation were expected to visit the site.

2] As the period of one month from 7/02/2023 has passed, the original interim order dated 21.12.2021

17256.22CA stands restored and the order dated 07.02.2023 is recalled. Accordingly, Civil Application is disposed of. 3] List Writ Petition No.6215 of 2013 with Writ Petition No.6355 of 2013 along with Civil Application No.12723 of 2021 on 12th June, 2023 for re-consideration of the interim order dated 21.12.2021.

4] Learned counsel appearing for the parties i.e. the Superintendent, Archaeology Division, Ellora and members of the Ashram seek to resolve this matter by mediation, as such, the parties are permitted to start mediation process.
