By the present application, the applicant/petitioner seeks permission to serve respondent no.2 in by way of substitute service of publication of notice in daily newspaper 'Apala Maharashtra', however, this Court is not aware about publication of daily newspaper 'Apala Maharashtra'. Therefore, the Petitioner is permitted to serve notice to Respondent No.2 in the Petition publication of notice in daily newspaper 'Lokmat'. The Petitioner to bear the required publication charges. The notice is made returnable on 14.02.2025.
