It is not a matter of dispute that the petitioner is not in employment and has opted for voluntary retirement in 2011. Since 2011, he is occupying the residential quarters unauthorisedly. It is pointed out that, the marriage of daughter of the petitioner is scheduled on 20th December 2015. Considering these aspects, we grant three months time to the petitioner to vacate the residential quarter. The petitioner shall file undertaking to that effect in this Court. If the petitioner fails to vacate the accommodation within the time stipulated above, it would be open for the respondents to apply coercive means and to secure the possession of the residential quarter. With the directions as above, Writ Petition stands disposed of.
