As far as the Civil Application for condonation of delay is concerned, the Applicants shall take steps within six weeks as against the unserved Respondents.

Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant and the learned counsel for the Respondent on the Civil Application for withdrawal of the amount. Since the Tribunal, in it's impugned judgment and award, directed the Appellant/ Insurer to pay and recover the amount from the owner, the Applicants herein / original Claimants are permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.2,13,500/- (Rupees Two Lac Thirteen Thousand Five Hundred) out of the amount deposited in this Court along

*2* 919.ca.1225.17 with accrued interest on the aforesaid amount, on furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The Civil Application for withdrawal of the amount is, accordingly, disposed of.
