In response to our notice dated 19th December, 2019, Respondent No.3 - Mrs. Namrata Chate, Sub-Divisional Officer, Patoda, Dist. Beed is personally present in this Court. It is submitted by her that a written statement is submitted in the office of Government Pleader. Same is presented by learned A.G.P. for perusal of this Court. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. It is stated that due to certain administrative difficulties there is some delay in compliance of order of this Court and Respondent No.3 tenders unconditional apology for the delay caused. The reasons for delay are movement of file from the office of the 1 / 2

937-CP-852-19.odt Deputy Collector, Minor Irrigation to the office of Respondent No.3 and then the conduct of General Elections of the year 2019. It is submitted before this Court that the draft award is prepared on 01st February, 2020 and the entitlement of the claimant is referred to inclusive of the compensation towards house, 30% solatium and 12% additional component interest in total the amount is Rs.2,89,96,010/-.

In view of above referred facts and more particularly preparation of draft award, grievance raised in the petition no more survives. Contempt petition is accordingly disposed of. Notice of contempt issued to Respondent No.3 is recalled.
