Heard rival submissions. The respective applicants / original claimants are seeking withdrawal of entire amounts of compensation in both these applications. However, this Court vide order dtd.17.10.2022 in other connected matters has already permitted the applicants therein to withdraw 60% of the compensation amount. As such, the same order will follow.

The applicants herein are permitted to withdraw 60% amounts along with the interest accrued thereon out of the deposited amounts on furnishing usual undertakings to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The remaining amounts be invested in F.D.R. in any Nationalized bank on yearly renewal basis till disposal of this appeal.
