It is evident on perusal of programme of election, votes have been recorded today. The petitioner is raising objections in respect of nomination papers filed on behalf of respondent nos.03 and 04.

Keeping option of the petitioner open to avail of the remedies as would be available in law, at appropriate stage, the writ petition is disposed of.
