It is submitted that after filing the writ petition, order is passed rejecting the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner.

The petitioner would be required to challenge the said order. 3.

In view of that Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order as is permissible. The petitioner may also agitate the prayer for grant of unpaid salary, as is made in the Writ Petition. No costs.
