Learned counsel for the petitioners submits, on instructions, that an order dated 27.3.2018 has been passed by the trial Court below Exhibit 1 in RCS No. 73 of 2013, concluding that it does not have the pecuniary jurisdiction to entertain the suit. 2.

It is submitted that in the light of the above order, this petition would be rendered infructuous.
