After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner for some time, when this Court was not inclined to interfere in the impugned order, at that time, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, sought leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to move a separate application under Section 127 of the Code of Criminal Procedure before the learned Magistrate. Her statement is accepted. Leave is granted.

In view of the statement, the criminal writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to move an application before the learned Magistrate, as permissible in accordance with law.
