It appears that the name of the applicant is not correctly mentioned in the disposed of Writ Petition No. 925 of 1995. The applicant is Lohar by caste and in stead of showing his real surname 'Kause' in the Petition, his surname was shown as Lohar. Otherwise the person is the same.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A) and (B). The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
