Heard rival submissions.

Learned AGP Mr. Dande produced on record communication dated 29.04.2023 issued to him by the concerned Administrator Mr. M. T. Shinde, who is also present before the Court. The communication is taken on record and marked "X"for identifcation.

On perusal of the said communication, it appears that Respondents have deposited the entire amounts of concerned respective 24 employees, out of 34 employees, in their respective savings accounts. It further appears that amounts of two employees have already been paid through this Court and the remaining 8 employees are no more.

{2} cp15.18.odt The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that legal representatives of aforesaid 8 deceased employees would approach concerned authority for obtaining succession certifcate. However, it seems that the order of this Court, in respect of which the Contempt Petition is fled, is thus complied with. As such, the Contempt Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
