The petitioners have approached this Court challenging an order passed in an appeal by the caste scrutiny committee whereby appeal of the petitioners came to be rejected against issuance of tribe certificates by the learned S.D.O. It is rejected on the ground that the petitioners were not remaining present and were not showing any interest in prosecuting the appeal. However, the appellate authority has kept it open to the petitioners to again approach the committee and to revive the appeal.

In view of this, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition. The petitioners to approach the appellate authority on 01.12.2025. After the petitioners appear, the committee to decide the appeal within a period of one (01) week thereafter. 3.
