The learned Advocate representing respondent nos.4 & 5/acquiring body submits that within one month, the proposal for acquisition of the land of which possession has already been taken for constructing a percolation tank, would be submitted to respondent no.2 District Collector. 2.

The learned Advocate for the petitioners prays that a time frame may be granted since the petitioners are divested of the land in 2011. 3.

Considering the above, this petition is disposed of. Respondent nos.4 and 5 would submit the proposal, complete in all respects, to the District Collector/respondent no.2, on or before 15.10.2021. Thereafter, respondent nos.2 and 3 shall follow the due procedure laid down in the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 and complete the acquisition proceedings and deliver the award on or before 15.09.2022.
