DATE : 5th DECEMBER, 2023 ORDER :- The learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to file appropriate application for exemption of appearance of the accused, in the proceeding before the learned JMFC, Warud, in SCC No. 539 of 2022. If such an application is filed, learned Magistrate to consider the same in terms of Section 205 of Cr.P.C., particularly, referring to the health ground raised by the petitioner.

Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
