By this Writ Petition, the petitioner is seeking direction that the caste claim of the petitioner which is pending before Respondent No.2./Caste Scrutiny Committee since 12.11.2024 be expedited. 3.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is desirous of prosecuting his studies, we direct Respondent No.2/Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of 6 weeks from today.
