Heard the learned counsel for Applicant and the learned counsel for Respondent No.4 / original Petitioner.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Government of Maharashtra, General Administration Department vide order dated 31st October, 2017 deputed the present Applicant at "MidCareer Training Phase-III at LBSNAA Training Center, Mussoorie, Uttarakhand" scheduled in between 20th November, 2017 to 15th December, 2017.
