The application is filed for fixing earlier date for final hearing of the appeal. However, the assignment with this Court is of all the Second Appeal pending at this bench. Currently the court is dealing with the Second Appeals only upto the year 1993. Under such circumstances it is highly difficult to hear the present Second Appeal by breaking the serial. The Second Appeal is of the year 2002 only. As such, the request for early hearing is rejected. 3.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
