Mr. Jadhavar, learned advocate for the petitioners submits that against the order of SubDivisional Officer, rejecting the applications of the petitioners for grant of tribe certificate, the petitioners have filed appeals before the Scrutiny

( 2 ) wp13665.17 Committee in the month of September and October, 2016. The appeals are not yet decided.

Issue notice to the respondents. Learned AGP waives notice for the respondents and submits that if the appeals are pending, the same would be decided on its own merits.

The appeals are against the orders rejecting tribe certificate. Same is required to be decided expeditiously.

In-case, the appeals filed by the petitioners are still pending, the Committee shall decide the same on its own merit, in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within three months from the date of appearance of the petitioners. The petitioners shall appear before the Committee on 04.12.2017.

The writ petitions are accordingly disposed of. No costs.
