Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is interim relief application i.e Exh.5 is dismissed by the trial court so also by the appellate court. Civil suit is pending from the year 2015. He submits that suit be decided as expeditiously as possible. Prayer made by the applicant is reasonable and suit is pending from the year 2015 i.e for a long period of time.

Learned counsel for the petitioners also submits that the matter is listed for final hearing.

Considering the same, trial court shall dispose of the suit within a period of six (06) months from date of production of order. 4.

Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
