Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

This petition is for directions to the respondent no.2/Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner which is pending since 2021. Learned AGP submits that the vigilance inquiry is completed and two months time would be required for concluding the proceeding.

We dispose of this petition with a direction to respondent no.2/Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner on its own merit within one month from today. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 16.12.2024.
