Subsequent to filing of this petition, the Education Officer (Secondary) Zilla Parishad, Nanded on 17.7.2016 have re-called/cancelled the order withdrawing the approval granted to the petitioner on the post of Head Master and restored the approval granted earlier.

In that view of the matter, petitioner's grievance is redressed. Petition is disposed of.
