After hearing learned Counsel for both the parties for some time, it is submitted that Wife filed application before the learned Family Court, Aurangabad for enhancement of the maintenance and the said matter is pending for disposal.

Both the learned Counsel submit, upon instructions that these

Revision Applications could be disposed of by giving direction to the learned Family Court at Aurangabad, to decide the application for enhancement within a period of three months.

Learned Counsel for Husband submits that arrears of Rs.35000/- are still not deposited before the learned Family Court from March, 2022 to July, 2022. Husband is ready to deposit such arrears within a period of one month and also ready to deposit interim maintenance regularly till the disposal of enhancement application. 4.

Considering the fact that enhancement application is pending, which will directly affect present matter, both the Revision Applications could disposed of by giving directions to the learned Family Court at Aurangabad as discussed earlier. Hence, the following order.

O R D E R

(i) The learned Family Court at Aurangabad is directed to dispose of Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.28/2021 (enhancement application) within a period of three months from today.

(ii) The Husband shall deposit arrears of Rs.35000/- before the Family Court within one month from today and shall deposit interim maintenance of Rs.7000/- per month regularly till disposal of enhancement application. (iii) With these observations, both the Revision Applications stand disposed of.
