Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent-State.

The learned counsel for the applicant would argue that nothing remains to be investigated. The applicant has been implicated in the false crime. He is a young boy of 25 years old. He has been languishing in jail since 25th November 2022. He is ready to abide by the conditions if imposed while enlarging him on bail. 3.

The state opposed the application contending that the applicant is repeatedly involved in the similar crime. He has admitted his guilt. Hence, bail may not be granted to him.

Perused the papers. Considering the nature of offence there appears nothing to be recovered from the applicant. The other co-accused have been released on bail. Hence, the following order :-

ORDER

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant Amol Namdev Paithane, be released on bail, on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs. 50,000/-, with one solvent surety in the like amount, in C.R. No.1078 of 2022 registered at Newasa Police Station Taluka Newasa, District Ahmednagar for the offences punishable under Sections 3,4,5,7,8 of the Immoral Traffic Act and Section 370 of the Indian Penal Code on the condition that not to involve in the similar crime.
