The petitioners assail the communication denying the fees reimbursement of scholarship of the students of G.N.M./A.N.M. for the years 2011-12, 2012-13.

We have heard learned counsel for respective parties and the learned A.G.P.

The petitioners are similarly situated as the petitioners in Writ Petition No.8396 of 2015 and connected Writ Petitions. We had disposed of the said Writ Petitions under judgment and order dated 13.8.2015. The State had filed Review bearing Review Application St.No.22465/2016 with connected Review Applications and Writ Petitions. The same are dismissed under order dated 13.10.2017.

It is not disputed by the Respondents that the petitioners are similarly situated as the petitioners in Writ Petition bearing W.P.No.8396/2015 with connected Writ Petitions. 5.

In light of the above, for the reasons stated in the judgment dated 13.8.2015 in W.P.No.8396/2015 with connected Writ Petitions and the order in Review Application St No.22465/2016 with connected Review Applications decided under order dated 13.10.2017, we follow

the same course.

The State shall release the tuition fees/examination fees of the approved students of the petitioners institutions for the reserved category students of ANM/GNM course admitted for the academic year 2011-12 and 2012-13 expeditiously, preferably within three (3) months.

The Writ Petitions are accordingly disposed of. No costs.
